If your parcel is delivered after the above estimates, we will happily refund on request, the difference in cost between the service paid for and the service that matches the delivery time, but we cannot refund any delivery fee in full. We do not currently offer options for deferred delivery or weekend deliveries. Weekends are not included in any delivery time frames.
